Refrigerant checks and leak assessment for air conditioners that are not cooling properly. ACService.lk accepts quotation requests for home and office air conditioning work across Colombo and surrounding suburbs. Appointments are confirmed according to technician availability.
Does an AC need gas regularly?
A properly sealed air-conditioning system does not normally consume refrigerant as routine maintenance. Low refrigerant can indicate a leak or another issue requiring diagnosis.
Diagnosis before refilling
Poor cooling can also result from blocked airflow, dirty coils or electrical faults. A technician should identify the likely cause before recommending refrigerant work.
Correct refrigerant and quantity
Different systems use different refrigerants and charging specifications. The correct type and charge must be determined from the equipment label and manufacturer guidance.
Quotation and next steps
Tell us the model, symptoms and any previous gas refilling history. Leak detection, repairs and refrigerant charging may be quoted separately depending on findings.
